More about me!

I am 30-something Venezuelan who has lived in several countries, including China, Ireland and Spain. I now call Barcelona home, where I enjoy the sunshine and Mediterranean sea.

My passions revolve around coffee, nature, personal development, eastern medicine, notebooks, philosophical discussions on how to get over the never-ending political discussions between left and right... I deeply care about the world and thrive when I am intensely solving complex problems. I believe that ideas hold the biggest power over humanity.

On my professional experience...

I hold a BA in International Relations and a MA in Intelligence Analysis. I have worked as a researcher/investigator/intelligence manager for big tech companies and start ups, and have also done consulting work for the public sector, a.k.a governments. Recently co-founded my consulting firm on Emerging Industries in Latin America.

But what exactly have I done, you may ask

Unfortunately, I have signed many NDAs. But in a nutshell, my work has always consisted on shedding light on what the hell is going on- connecting the dots, spotting trends, identifying threats, risks, and opportunities.

I have investigated criminal networks, misinformation campaigns, apps (yes, many apps), cutting-edge tech such as artificial intelligence, Web3, metaverse, as well as several types of regulations (on medical cannabis, AI, data privacy, sustainability...), and the list goes on and on. I probably have written at least 1000 reports and have built countless of processes to gather and analyze information.

My career path has been fulfilling and gratifying, but The Intel Diary is by far the most exciting project I have led so far, and I can't wait to learn about the evolution of humanity together with you!
